  • OVERVIEW

    We take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Diamond Flowers Boutique, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. As a supplier since we not in the possession of flowers / arrangements we can't be certain how the flowers were looked after (was the water added, were flowers kept on the sun or next to heating source, were the steam ends cut at angle, was water changed daily).   • DELIVERY

    Diamond Flowers Boutique strives to make sending flowers fast, simple, and worry free by providing the best customer service available. Please keep in mind, however, we can not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control.We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however, you may request a time in the order form, and we will try our best to accommodate specific time requests. ‍ For example, some floral deliveries can be delayed due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, no one being available to accept a package when we first deliver, a patient being discharged from a hospital, server storm conditions, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we always do our best to reschedule delivery as soon as possible and contact the sender or recipient as needed. Of course, your assistance in providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient's phone number, is very important, too.

  • SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY

    We strive to fill each order as closely as possible, so please be as specific as possible with your orders. If a box, or certain flowers, or other items are unavailable,(may be caused by seasonal restrictions and various market conditions) reasonable substitutions may be made in order to expedite delivery of a similar arrangement of equal or greater value. All substitutions are under the designers’s discretion. 

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Our arrangements are individually made and delivered. So, orders may be canceled upon request with reasonable notice within 24 hours before your order, All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 1(773)986-1275. Cancellations may not be possible in some cases when items are already en route. ‍ If a recipient refuses to accept a delivery for some reason and/or an item needs to accept a delivery for some reason and/or an item needs to be redelivered to an alternate delivery address, a reasonable delivery charge may apply.
 Should you order multiple items unintentionally or submit a duplicate order in error, please contact us during our business hours, so we can facilitate any necessary changes. While we review each order and make every effort to confirm details if questions arise, we can not be responsible for customer order submission errors unless we receive timely notification. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK ALL ORDERS AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT!

  • EXCHANGES & RETURN/REFUND

    All sales are final and no refunds or returns are permitted.Exchanges will be considered only if item is defective or damaged. In such instance, a photography of defective item must be emailed to DIAMONDFLOWERSBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM within 12 hours of original purchase time.We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by DIAMOND FLOWERS BOUTIQUE.
