LOCAL DELIVERIES

•The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

•We offer same-day delivery in Lombard, IL, and surrounding areas for orders placed before 3 PM. Or you can contact us to discuss same day delivery hours.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES

• Due to factors like traffic and order volume, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

• However, you can request a preferred time frame in the special instructions box note for the florist before checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

• For urgent requests, please call us at 773-986-1275 ,and our team will assist you personally.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME

• If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided.

• If we cannot reach you, we may:

• Leave the flowers in a safe location (e.g., shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor).

• Leave a message to arrange a future delivery.

• Follow any special instructions provided in your order.

CONTACTING THE RECIPIENT

• To ensure successful delivery, we may need to contact the recipient for address confirmation or to check if someone will be available to receive the order.

• If you prefer that we do not contact the recipient, please specify this in the special instructions box at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

•All cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• To request a cancellation, please call us at 773-986-1275.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

•All sales at Diamond Flowers Boutique are final, as flowers are perishable and require proper care.

• If you receive a defective arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours with a photo at Diamondflowersboutique@gmail.com

• Proper flower care is essential. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order.
